Thorough Finance professional ( CA, CS, CMA ( All India Ranker), LL.B, IIM –A, ISB ) with 20+ years of experience in the areas of Financial Management, Taxation, Audits, Compliance, Entity and business set- up ( India + US ), with specialization in Treasury Operations i.e. Project Finance, Corporate & Structured Finance, Debt Capital Market, Fx / Risk Management, M&A, Valuations & Deal Structuring.

Through in Govt. policies & regulation of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Banking, Power, Infrastructure, Telecom, IT/ ITeS and Sugar sector. Prior to Bharti, have served as CFO in Solaris Chemtech Industries
Limited & Avantha Business Solutions Limited. Have experience of large infra companies like Punj Lloyd,
Indus Gas ( Oil & Gas), Lanco Infratech ( Power) and Spray Engineering ( Heavy Engineering)

Have been in teaching line since 2004, so have 20+ years of Teaching experience as well, have taught thousands of students. Mr. Mishra has been a regular speaker / faculty in multiple Industry events like at NIRC – ICSI, NIRC – ICAI Gurgaon Chapter, PHD Chamber of Commerce, CFO Vision, Various Schools and Branches of CA, CS, CWA Institutes and few of renowned schools / colleges.
